Recently, we saw an opportunity to rethink our approach and go beyond the usual practices. This led us to strengthen our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) roadmap, ensuring total buy-in from all stakeholders.
To make this vision a reality, we began with a comprehensive exploration of what truly matters to our employees, clients, and suppliers. The insights we gathered shaped the foundation of our Growing for Good 2030 sustainability program.
Through this initiative, we’re not just serving meals, we’re creating a positive impact; focusing on ethical sourcing, reducing waste, and aligning our actions with the values that matter most to our partners, employees, and wider community.
