We began with a comprehensive exploration of what truly matters to our employees, clients and suppliers. The insights we gathered shaped the foundation of our Growing for Good 2030 sustainability programme, focusing on responsible sourcing, reducing waste and supporting the wellbeing of the people and communities we work with every day.
Becoming a Certified B Corporation® was a natural next step. B Corp certification assesses businesses against high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
For us, certification is not the finish line. It provides a framework that helps us keep
improving and ensures the way we grow continues to create a positive impact.
