Trust, technology and service are the watchwords for facilities managers as they plan a return to the office and navigate the implications of a new-style working week.

The new style working week will bring about increased inter-departmental practices between IT, FM and HR as employee welfare and productivity are considered both onsite and in the home. The role of facilities management will again step up a pace assuming a ‘lifestyle management’ outlook to its service offering. No longer solely the concierge at the visitor welcome desk, but a concierge for employee welfare both at work and at home.
