Job Title: Community Manager
Location: Near London Bridge Station
Salary: £40,000 annually
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 08:30am – 05:30pm
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, people-focused Community Manager to join our friendly and professional team at a prestigious London location. You’ll play a leading role in creating a welcoming, world-class experience for all customers and visitors to the site.
Working closely with the on-site Customer Experience Manager and leading the Community Manager, you will ensure that service standards remain exceptional across guest services, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and daily events. This is a visible, hands-on role for someone who brings strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a passion for hospitality to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities

Represent the Bennett Hay brand through an elevated, memorable first impression and consistent service habits

Manage the on-site relationship with service partners and support the GPE site Customer Experience Manager

Lead, coach, and manage the Community Manager to deliver operational excellence

Oversee and maintain the coffee point, phone booths, and meeting rooms ensuring they are clean, stocked, and in full working order

Ensure the site is well-prepared daily, including AV, lighting, refreshments, and cleanliness

Manage and coordinate events, Bennett Hay Activations, and daily service offerings in collaboration with the client

Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovations in service and hospitality

Uphold professionalism, discretion, and a can-do attitude in all guest interactions

Champion a “one-team” ethos, working closely with all colleagues and service providers to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For
-
4–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing or community engagement role

Strong stakeholder and team management capabilities

Exceptional time and task management with the ability to juggle competing priorities

Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and some budgeting knowledge

Operational understanding of facilities and guest services in a commercial setting

Compliance and Health & Safety awareness (IOSH Managing Safely is desirable)

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail

Passionate about people and proactive in finding better ways of working

Desirable: Knowledge of event suppliers or partnerships
