Corporate Receptionist – Liverpool Street | Monday to Friday

Corporate Receptionist
Location: Liverpool Street Station Area
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (8h shifts)
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (rising to 21 days after 1 year of service)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your reception career by joining a professional, polished reception team delivering exceptional service in a five-star corporate environment. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be at the heart of creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional and welcoming greeting to clients and visitors
  • Managing the visitor booking in and out system efficiently
  • Ensuring the reception area is always maintained to a high standard
  • Assisting with client and guest requests, including concierge services
  • Managing the company switchboard and handling telephone requests in a friendly manner
  • Coordinating meeting room requests and working closely with the hospitality team

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a prestigious corporate environment is essential
  • Experience within a law firm environment is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage a busy telephone switchboard and room booking systems
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, contributing to a strong team culture
  • A passion for delivering the ultimate guest experience with professionalism and politeness
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
